Brenda K. Kinhalt, 62, of Stout, passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at SOMC Hospice Unit in Portsmouth. She was born November 8, 1961 in Maysville, KY, daughter of the late Donald and Joyce Tucker Irwin. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, David Kinhalt.
