Evelyn M. Satterfield, age 95 years of West Union, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the Adams County Manor. Evelyn was born July 6, 1929 in Seaman, Ohio to the late Clarence & Helen McCormick (Zimmerman). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in 2010 Donald Satterfield and a brother Johnny McCormick.
Evelyn was a member of the Seaman Methodist Church; a Sunday School & Bible School teacher at Satterfield Chapel. She was a cook for 7+ years at the Tiffin Elementary School as well as a member of the PTA. She was also an A.C. Homemakers Council member & and a member of the Liberty Homemakers, Red Bud Festival Committee and the Treasurer of AC OPERS for several years.
She leaves behind her daughter Kathy (Mike) McClanahan; grandchildren David (Cheri) McClanahan; Greg (Alicia) McClanahan & Susie Lucas; great grandchildren Braxlynn, Jenna, Grant, Bristynn, Jillian & Landry; nephews Bill (Marsha) McCormick &
